Coming from Carlisle, take route 641
west toward Newville. After passing through the town of Newville, several
miles later you will come to a very sharp right-hand curve. There is a
yellow sign with an arrow warning you about the curve. Here you will veer
to your left on to Ridge Road. Four miles from this point there will be a
two-way intersection where you do not have to stop. Turn right on to
Jumper Road. Don't worry if you look to the left and see another name on
the road. That is Britton Road. The townships and road names change
there, but it does confuse people. The farm is one mile down Jumper Road
on the right hand side at the top of the hill. An alternative route
from Carlisle is to come down route 11 to the Oakville Road (look for a
Hershey's Antiques sign). Go straight on the Oakville Road until you hit Ridge
Road. Turn left. The right turn on to Jumper will be a few miles away.
Coming from Shippensburg, turn on to
Queen Street at the Sheetz on route 11 and heading toward North Mountain. The
first real right you can take will be Britton Road. Turn right. Four miles out
that road you will come to a two way intersection at which you have to stop.
Keep going straight. You will be crossing Ridge Road and the road you are on
will become Jumper Road. One mile past that intersection and on the right-hand
side of the road is the farm.
